Welcome

If you are feeling anxious, suffering from low-mood or you feel that life is getting on top of you, it is good to talk. Counselling offers you the opportunity to talk in a warm and empathic environment about your life past and present.

If your child is experiencing difficulties at home or at school, or they are suffering from a bereavement they may need emotional support from a qualified counsellor.
I can facilitate one-to-one sessions with adults and young people and family sessions are available on request.
All sessions are confidential and, as a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), I work within their ethical framework. I am committed to providing a non-judgemental and safe setting that will enable you or your child to feel comfortable throughout our sessions.

I have been working as a person-centred counsellor for 13 years with adults and young people. I currently work in schools and universities across Liverpool. Play therapy and art therapy make up a large part of my sessions with children and young people. I also work with bereaved adults for a local charity.

Prior to counselling, I worked for a large corporate company in management, training, and personal development.
I regularly participate in CPD training to broaden my experience and adhere to all BACP codes of practice.

I have a full DBS certificate and participate in yearly safeguarding training.

I am parent governor at a local primary school and I am the current safeguarding governor.
